What we do
Mutts N Pups run training classes for pet dogs and their families twice a week at Anglian Ruskin University Writtle.
Puppy classes are suitable for any breed or type of dog, aged between 12 weeks and 20 weeks, at point of enrolling.
We also run classes for dogs aged 6 months and over and who are happy to be around other dogs and people.
Our training methods are force free and will develop a trusting relationship between dog and owner. We encourage the whole family to be involved in training and spectators are welcome at our classes.
Our Mission
We love helping dog owners unlock their dog’s potential and it is our privilege to provide training classes at Anglia Ruskin University College. We would like to thank this amazing institution for giving us the opportunity to use their fantastic facilities for our classes.
Our Values
As owners we all know how incredible dogs are, adapting as they do to fit into our human world and enriching our lives in so many ways. We feel passionately that they deserve our respect, understanding and compassion which is why we believe force free training is the only ethical option. This view is shared by the Association of Pet Dog Trainers UK, a highly respected organisation of which Sharon is a proud to be a member.
Our classes take place at the Kings Lodge Campus of Anglia Ruskin University Writtle, CM1 3RR
We have access to both an indoor training area and fully enclosed paddocks for use when the weather is nice.
